What is session pack billing? Which plan includes it?

Session pack billing is a per-session fee model common in music, dance, and sports academies. A student buys a pack of 8 or 12 sessions. Each attendance deducts one session. Renewal alerts are sent automatically. Session packs are available from the Growth plan.

Can adult students (e.g. language school learners) log in directly?

Yes. InstitutePro supports adult student self-login — students get their own account to view their schedule, homework, invoices, and attendance without needing a parent account. Available from the Pro plan.

Question 5

How does automatic fee invoice generation work?

Accepted Answer

Set up a fee plan with a billing cycle day (e.g. 1st of every month). InstitutePro's scheduler automatically generates invoices for all active students in that batch on that day, with the correct due date. Available from the Growth plan.

Can I migrate from my existing software or Excel?

Yes. We support bulk student import via Excel/CSV. Our onboarding team will help you migrate your existing data at no extra cost.

Does InstitutePro work on mobile?

Yes. InstitutePro is a web app that works on any smartphone browser — Android and iPhone. Teachers can mark attendance and view their schedule from the field. A dedicated mobile app is on the roadmap.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your data is yours. Export all student records, invoices, and reports as Excel/PDF before cancelling. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation. We do not delete data without prior notice.

Does WhatsApp integration cost extra?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp attendance alerts, fee reminders, and session pack notifications are included in all plans. Powered by MSG91 — configure your sender ID in settings.

Question 10

Can I manage multiple branches or franchise locations?

Multi-branch management is available on the Enterprise plan. Each branch has its own tenant with separate data, and you get a consolidated dashboard across all branches.
