Refund Policy

Overview

InstitutePro is a subscription SaaS product. We offer a free 14-day trial so you can evaluate the product fully before paying. Because of this, our standard subscription payments are non-refundable. However, we handle exceptional cases fairly — read the full policy below.

Free trial

All new accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full feature access and no credit card required. We encourage you to use the trial to fully evaluate InstitutePro before subscribing. This is your risk-free evaluation period.

Standard subscriptions

Monthly and annual subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable as a general policy. This applies to:

• Monthly subscriptions (billed on the same date each month)
• Annual subscriptions (billed upfront for 12 months)
• Plan upgrades (billed immediately on upgrade, prorated)

When we do issue refunds

We will issue a full or pro-rata refund in the following circumstances:

• Accidental double payment: If you are charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge within 5 business days.
• Service unavailability: If InstitutePro experiences downtime exceeding our SLA commitment in a given month, we will issue a proportional credit or refund upon request.
• Charged after cancellation: If you cancel your subscription and are still charged for the next period due to a billing system error, we will refund that charge.
• Annual subscription within 7 days: If you purchase an annual plan and decide within 7 days that InstitutePro is not right for you, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Include your registered email address, the payment date, and the amount. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

Annual plan cancellations

If you cancel an annual plan after the 7-day window, your account remains active until the end of the annual period. No partial refund is issued for the unused months. You retain full access to your account and data until the end of the paid period.

Enterprise plans

Enterprise plan refund terms are governed by the individual contract signed between your organization and Innodhruti Technology Solutions.
